Preamble Education

The values of a country's constitution are the values upon which our citizenship is usually built. Through this series of interactive sessions, we introduce and discuss the core values of the Constitution of India as written in its Preamble. Constitutional history, social issues and contemporary debates form the content of our two-hour sessions, held usually in colleges.

The sessions are led by Prajnya founder, Dr. Swarna Rajagopalan.

If you would like to learn more and schedule a session, please get in touch with us at [email protected].

Citizenship for Democracy

The purpose of public education work is informed citizenship. Aware that civics in schools is a neglected subject, we have offered opportunities for learning about the constitution, government and politics of India in various formats. One of them was 'Citizenship for Democracy,' a short course offered in 2016 over three days that brought scholars and experts in to speak on critical contemporary issues.
